Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote) to own clients’ Google advertising end-to-end, including strategy, execution, and reporting. You will directly communicate with clients, defend decisions, and drive attribution-focused growth.

You will own the feed, tracking, and creative optimization, balancing brand and direct response while maintaining strict attention to incremental impact and client outcomes.

Formación

• Hands-on Google Ads management with real budgets.
• Fluent English communication with clients.
• Ability to own client relationships and be the client’s direct contact.

Responsabilidades

• Own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end as strategist, buyer, and contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything and present findings via Loom walkthrough.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses and report them separately.
