Job summary

Cordoba Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist for a remote role. You will own Google accounts end-to-end, audit before touching anything, and act as the client's direct contact.

You will manage brand and non-brand campaigns, focus on incremental growth, and optimize feeds and tracking across GA4, GTM, and Shopify. You must evaluate attribution, defend your recommendations, and be comfortable with US Eastern hours to align with clients.

Qualifications

• Experience managing paid media accounts with meaningful spend.
• Ability to present results, plans and reasoning directly to clients.
• Ability to audit campaigns and provide actionable improvements.
• Experience separating brand and non-brand campaigns and reporting separately.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact; budgets from $5k/mo to six figures.
• Audit accounts before touching anything: structure, terms, bidding, feed health, landing pages, conversion tracking.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as distinct entities and report separately.
• Understand PMax and its impact on incremental CAC; separate branded vs. non-branded volume.
• Keep Google automation under control; audit auto-applied assets and sitelinks.
• Own the product feed, tracking setup and ROI diagnostics; work with GA4, GTM and Shopify.
• Build landing pages and scripts to remove constraints and improve performance.
