Cordoba Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist for a remote role. You will own end-to-end Google Ads management, from strategy and client communication to audit, attribution, and landing-page optimization.

You will drive growth for multiple DTC/eCommerce brands while coordinating directly with clients. You should be fluent in English, comfortable with US Eastern hours, and capable of building or leveraging AI tools to ship results.

Qualifications

• You have hands-on Google Ads experience with meaningful spend and clear results.
• You are fluent across the full stack: Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, GA4, GTM.
• You use AI tools to build and ship landing pages.
• You communicate ideas clearly in English with clients.
• You question numbers and run holdouts to verify performance.
• You can accommodate US Eastern business hours for client calls.
• Bonus: built/operated a Shopify store or run Meta advertising at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client point of contact.
• Own the client relationship without an intermediary.
• Audit accounts before touching them and present findings via Loom.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as distinct businesses.
• Understand what PMax is actually delivering and set targets.
• Keep Google automation under control and audit recurring assets.
• Own the product feed and Merchant Center hygiene.
• Own tracking across GA4, GTM, Shopify integrations, and conversions.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and drive fixes across creative, offers, and landing pages.
• Build landing pages, scripts, and reporting to remove constraints.
