BairesDev is seeking a senior full-stack engineer to join a remote product studio building workflow software for startups. You’ll work on a live product, implement new workflow features while existing ones run, and contribute server-side improvements from Azure SQL up to the API, plus React and TypeScript screens.

You’ll guide AI-generated specs and tests, own end-to-end areas like the task engine or migrations, and collaborate with leadership. Delivery of 4–5 features per sprint is expected.

Competenze

• 4+ years building production-grade full-stack web apps.
• Experience learning unfamiliar codebases before changing them.
• Experience with workflow software (permissions, approvals, state machines).
• React, TypeScript and SQL on Azure, including schema design and migrations.
• Daily use of AI coding tools with tests and CI behind them.
• Clear written and spoken English.
• Experience delivering in fixed-scope sprints with branches and feature flags.

Mansioni

• Deliver four to five features per two-week sprint, each verified before merge.
• Own end-to-end area (e.g., task engine or legacy migrations) without breaking live features.
• Review AI-generated specs, migrations and diffs to guide merges.
