BairesDev is a remote product studio delivering MVPs and custom software for startups. You’ll join to build a live workflow product, focusing on server-side logic from Azure databases to APIs and the React/TypeScript UI.

You’ll work with AI coding tools to draft specs and migrations, guiding merges and ensuring quality. Join a team where delivery is sprint-based, with four to five features per two-week cycle, and own a product area end-to-end.

Competenze

• 4+ years building full-stack web apps and releasing to production.
• Experience in codebases you didn’t write; learn conventions quickly.
• Hands-on with workflow software including roles, data views, approvals, and audit history.

Mansioni

• Build server-side features from Azure SQL up to the API and the React/TypeScript UI.
• Review AI-generated diffs and steer what merges happen; ensure quality end-to-end.
• Own a product area end-to-end without breaking live features; work in fixed-scope sprints.
