Lavendo, Inc. is a remote product studio building MVPs and custom software for startups and companies. We seek a senior full-stack developer to join a live client product, delivering new workflow features while existing ones run.

You’ll own a server-driven area and build React/TypeScript UI on top. You will guide AI-generated specs and migrations, review diffs line by line, and ensure merges meet acceptance criteria.

Competenze

• 4+ years building full-stack web applications and releasing them to production.
• Experience working in a codebase you didn't write, learning its conventions before changing it.
• Hands-on work on workflow software where different user roles see different data with approvals, queues or state machines and an audit log or versioned history.
• React, TypeScript and SQL on Azure, including schema design and migrations.
• Daily use of AI coding tools on production work, with tests and CI behind it.
• Clear written and spoken English.
• Experience delivering in fixed-scope sprints with branches, code review and feature flags.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain the live client product, adding new workflow features server-side and in the React/TypeScript UI.
• Deliver four to five features per two-week sprint, each verified before merge.
• Own one area end to end (e.g., task engine or legacy migration) without breaking live features.
• Review AI-generated specs, tests and migrations, guiding merges and hand-coding where needed.
