Bridgenext is seeking a highly motivated AI Engineer (GenAI) to join our project team building an AI-first platform on Microsoft Azure for a multinational client. You will design GenAI features, orchestrate agents, and contribute to a .NET microservices architecture while ensuring high-quality delivery through automated testing and CI/CD.

Remote work is available for candidates based in Colombia or Argentina.

Formación

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Proven experience as an AI Engineer or senior full-stack developer with Generative AI
Proficiency in .NET
Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks such as React (preferred) or Angular
Hands-on experience building LLM/agent features on Azure AI Foundry, with agent fundamentals
Familiarity with evaluating AI systems — evals, metrics, regression testing
Expert-level usage of AI tooling to accelerate delivery
Experience with Azure DevOps — repos, pipelines, environments
Strong understanding of cloud-native and microservices architectures

Responsabilidades

Design and build GenAI features on Azure AI Foundry—implementing agents, prompts, and orchestration
Apply engineering rigor with evals, quality measurement, and regression testing
Use AI coding tools to accelerate delivery and make model trade-offs
Contribute to .NET microservices on Azure, including deployment and maintenance
Improve repository workflows and CI/CD pipelines
Collaborate with project leadership to align with client requirements
