Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking a remote full-stack developer to build workflow software for a live product studio client. You’ll own end-to-end areas, work in a SQL-on-Azure environment, and shape UI in React/TypeScript, while AI coding tools draft specs and migrations.

You’ll join a team delivering four to five features per sprint, collaborating with leadership and product managers. Remote LATAM contractor, ~40 hours/week with core US hours.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building full-stack web applications and releasing them to production.
• Experience working in a codebase you didn't write, learning its conventions before changing it.
• Hands-on work on workflow software where different user roles see different data, with approvals, task queues or state machines and an audit log or versioned history.
• React, TypeScript and SQL on Azure, including schema design and migrations.
• Daily use of Cursor, Claude Code or a similar AI coding tool on production work, with tests and CI behind it.
• Clear written and spoken English.
• Experience delivering in fixed-scope sprints with branches, code review and feature flags.

Responsibilities

• Deliver four to five features per two-week sprint, each verified before merge.
• Own one area end to end (such as the task engine or the legacy migration) without breaking a live feature.
• Review diffs carefully and guide AI tools to produce correct merges.
• Collaborate with studio leadership, lead developer and client engineers to align acceptance criteria.
