Improving South America is a remote product studio hiring a full-stack engineer to join a live project building workflow software for startups and enterprises. You will work across Azure SQL, API layers, and React/TypeScript screens, contributing end-to-end ownership.

AI coding tools guide specs and migrations; you review diffs and decide on merges. Expect four to five features per sprint and close collaboration with leadership, the lead developer, and the product manager.

Formación

• 4+ years building full-stack web applications and releasing to production.
• Experience learning and contributing to unfamiliar codebases.
• Hands-on with workflow software featuring approvals, queues or state machines.
• Proficient in React, TypeScript and SQL on Azure with schema design and migrations.
• Daily use of AI coding tools with tests and CI behind production work.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience delivering fixed-scope sprints with branches, code review and feature flags.

Responsabilidades

• Build features for a live product with a two-week sprint cadence.
• Implement server-side logic from Azure SQL up through the API and complement with React/TypeScript UI.
• Review AI-generated specs, tests and migrations and guide merges.
• Own one area end-to-end (e.g., task engine or migrations) without breaking live features.
