Job summary

MAVI is seeking an FP&A Analyst to own budgeting, forecasting, and planning for a US hospitality group while working remotely from Argentina. You will maintain models, perform variance analysis, and prepare monthly reporting with review from a Senior Analyst or FP&A Manager.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or analytical finance experience.
• Experience building financial models and variance analysis in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Understanding of the three financial statements and how operating assumptions flow through them.
• Experience with location-level hospitality analysis.
• Experience with tools such as Adaptive, Pigment, Mosaic, or Causal.
• Strong written and spoken English for daily work with US teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or an equivalent professional qualification.

Responsibilities

• Forecasts: Build and maintain driver-based revenue, headcount, and operating expense forecasts.
• Budget cycle: Support the annual budget and rolling reforecast, from templates to consolidation.
• Variance analysis: Produce budget-versus-actual analysis with clear explanations of business drivers.
• Unit economics: Report four-wall margin and same-store sales by location.
• New openings: Model new location openings and payback.
• Monthly reporting: Prepare the monthly budget-versus-actual pack and first-pass commentary on what moved.
