Uptalent.io seeks a highly skilled BIM Architect to support US-based clients from Latin America. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience with Revit, strong knowledge of US building codes, and a track record delivering construction sets and permits.

The role is remote, involves coordinating with US architects and consultants, and requires fluent English and excellent communication skills. A strong portfolio of US-market projects is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience delivering for the US market.
• Experience managing architecture projects end-to-end: construction docs, permits, 3D modeling, visuals, client presentations.
• Strong knowledge of US building codes and permit submission processes.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken; proactive communicator.
• Experience coordinating with US architects and consultants.
• Strong project portfolio showing US-market construction sets and technical docs.

Responsabilités

• Lead BIM architecture work for US-based clients.

Requirements

• Expert in Revit, including construction documentation, permit sets, detailing, and family creation, with 3+ years of experience working for the US Market.
• Versatile profile able to support the complete lifecycle of architecture projects: Construction Sets, Building permits, 3D modeling, Visualization and client presentations.
• Knowledge of US building codes.
• Knowledge of US permit submission requirements and processes.
• Knowledge of US construction documentation standards.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive and great communication skills, able to handle client communication and coordination throughout architectural projects and develop strong relationships with clients.
• Experience coordinating with US architects and consultants.
• Able to provide a strong project portfolio showing substantial work for the US Market, especially construction sets and technical documents.
• Candidates must live in Latin America.
• Work for the most exciting companies in the North American Market.
