Uptalent.io is seeking a BIM architect with strong Revit skills to deliver US market architectural projects remotely from Latin America. You will produce construction documents, permit sets and 3D models while presenting to clients and coordinating with US-based architects.

The role requires 3+ years of US-project experience, fluent English, and excellent communication to maintain strong client relations across North America. Remote work from LATAM is supported.

• 3+ years of experience delivering US market architectural projects.
• Proficient in BIM workflows, construction docs and permit sets.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with US architects/consultants.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Support the full lifecycle of architecture projects for US clients, including construction sets, permits, 3D modeling and client presentations.
• Coordinate with US project teams and manage client communications.
• Develop detailed technical documentation and ensure compliance with US codes and standards.

Requirements

• Expert in Revit, including construction documentation, permit sets, detailing, and family creation, with 3+ years of experience working for the US Market.
• Versatile profile able to support the complete lifecycle of architecture projects: Construction Sets, Building permits, 3D modeling, Visualization and client presentations.
• Knowledge of US building codes.
• Knowledge of US permit submission requirements and processes.
• Knowledge of US construction documentation standards.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive and great communication skills, able to handle client communication and coordination throughout architectural projects and develop strong relationships with clients.
• Experience coordinating with US architects and consultants.
• Able to provide a strong project portfolio showing substantial work for the US Market, especially construction sets and technical documents.
• Candidates must live in Latin America.
• Work for the most exciting companies in the North American Market.
