Job summary

Uptalent.io is seeking a skilled BIM Architect to lead architecture projects for the US market. You will support the complete BIM workflow, including construction documents, permits, 3D modeling, and client presentations, while coordinating with US teams and consultants. Fluency in English and strong communication are essential.

Work remotely while serving North American clients; Latin America residents preferred. Demonstrated portfolio of US-market work is required.

Qualifications

• Expert in Revit with construction documentation, permit sets and family creation.
• Experience across the full lifecycle of architecture projects: construction sets, permits, 3D modeling, visualization, and client presentations.
• Knowledge of US building codes and permit submission requirements.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Strong communication and client coordination skills.
• Experience coordinating with US architects and consultants.
• Portfolio showing substantial US market work, especially construction sets and technical documents.
• Must reside in Latin America.
• Ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BIM construction documentation and permit sets for US projects.

• Knowledge of US building codes.
• Knowledge of US permit submission requirements and processes.
• Knowledge of US construction documentation standards.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive and great communication skills, able to handle client communication and coordination throughout architectural projects and develop strong relationships with clients.
• Experience coordinating with US architects and consultants.
• Able to provide a strong project portfolio showing substantial work for the US Market, especially construction sets and technical documents.
• Candidates must live in Latin America.
