Job summary

Uptalent.io, a leading technology startup, seeks a highly skilled BIM architect to serve the US market. You will leverage Revit to develop construction documentation, permit sets, detailing, and families while coordinating with US architects and consultants.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English, has 3+ years of experience on US projects, and can manage the full lifecycle of architectural work—from concept through permits and construction documentation—while communicating clearly with clients

Qualifications

• Expert BIM with Revit experience and 3+ years delivering for the US market.
• Ability to manage the complete lifecycle of architecture projects: sets, permits, 3D modeling, and presentations.
• Strong knowledge of US building codes and permit submission requirements.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, with proactive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM architecture for US market projects using Revit.
• Prepare construction documentation, permit sets, detailing, and family creation.
• Coordinate with US architects and consultants and manage client communications.
• Deliver high-quality architectural outputs on schedule.

Requirements

• Expert in Revit, including construction documentation, permit sets, detailing, and family creation, with 3+ years of experience working for the US Market.
• Versatile profile able to support the complete lifecycle of architecture projects: Construction Sets, Building permits, 3D modeling, Visualization and client presentations.
• Knowledge of US building codes.
• Knowledge of US permit submission requirements and processes.
• Knowledge of US construction documentation standards.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive and great communication skills, able to handle client communication and coordination throughout architectural projects and develop strong relationships with clients.
• Experience coordinating with US architects and consultants.
• Able to provide a strong project portfolio showing substantial work for the US Market, especially construction sets and technical documents.
• Candidates must live in Latin America.
• Work for the most exciting companies in the North American Market.
