Qualifications

• Experience supporting the full lifecycle of architecture projects: construction sets, building permits, 3D modeling, visualization, and client presentations.
• Knowledge of US building codes and US permit submission requirements and processes.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
• Proactive communicator able to manage client communications and coordinate with US architects/consultants.
• Strong project portfolio showing substantial US-market work, especially construction sets and technical documents.
• Candidates must live in Latin America and be able to work remotely.

• Versatile profile able to support the complete lifecycle of architecture projects: Construction Sets, Building permits, 3D modeling, Visualization and client presentations.
• Knowledge of US building codes.
• Knowledge of US permit submission requirements and processes.
• Knowledge of US construction documentation standards.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive and great communication skills, able to handle client communication and coordination throughout architectural projects and develop strong relationships with clients.
• Experience coordinating with US architects and consultants.
• Able to provide a strong project portfolio showing substantial work for the US Market, especially construction sets and technical documents.
• Candidates must live in Latin America.
