Dev.Pro is hiring a Intermediate Test Automation Engineer to join our remote-first Latin America team. You will design, implement, and maintain automated tests for API and UI components, and collaborate across teams to deliver reliable software.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in test automation, strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills, WebdriverIO, API testing (REST/GraphQL) with Postman, and experience with Selenium, Cucumber, and Appium in CI/CD pipelines. Upper-intermediate English required.

Formación

• 5 years of hands-on test automation experience with strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience building and maintaining automated tests with WebdriverIO.
• Practical experience with API and integration testing (REST/GraphQL) and tools like Postman.
• Experience with Selenium, Cucumber, and Appium for web and mobile automation.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
• Upper-Intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and improve E2E, API, and integration tests.
• Write reliable, maintainable tests with clear failure diagnostics.
• Refactor and enhance the automation framework, optimize execution, and stabilize flaky tests.
• Maintain regression suites, monitor test failures, and track test reliability metrics.
