Job summary

Sezzle is seeking a Product Marketing Associate, Banking & Lending, to drive go-to-market plans for current and upcoming financial products. You will turn plans into shipped tests, campaigns, and lifecycle messaging, reporting what the data says.

This role suits someone who loves building, is energized by data, and wants to learn product marketing from close proximity to the product team. You’ll work with product, design, and compliance to move launches forward.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, Lifecycle Marketing, Consumer Research, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills: comfortable with funnel data, behavioral data, and survey results, and using AI to evaluate them.
• Highly organized and execution-minded, with a track record of getting work shipped on time across multiple stakeholders.
• Clear, concise written communicator in English, able to turn complex results into a sharp readout.
• Curious about AI tools and eager to use them to work smarter. Bonus if you’re already using them regularly.
• Nice to Have: fintech, banking, lending, payments, or credit products; experience with compliance reviews; A/B tests; lifecycle messaging; Braze.

Responsibilities

• Testing & Optimization: turn insights into experiments and run tests across in-app, email, and push campaigns; collaborate with PMs and designers.
• Research & Insights: conduct user research end to end, analyze data, and report findings; leverage AI to sharpen insights.
• Go-to-Market Execution: convert plans into timelines; collaborate with marketing to launch campaigns; ensure compliance reviews and readiness.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Documentation: work with product, design, compliance, and data teams; share progress and document results; adapt as priorities shift.
