Job summary

Pearster is hiring a Financial Controller in Argentina for a 100% remote role. You will drive budgeting, FP&A, reporting, and KPI development to support strategic decisions. Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Leadership to monitor performance and improve processes.

Lead dashboards, variance analyses, and financial reconciliations while ensuring accuracy of information and strong controls. English is a plus; you’ll earn in USD and work with global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in relevant field.
• 3+ years in FP&A, Controlling, or similar role.
• Experience budgeting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• BI dashboards using Power BI/Tableau/Looker Studio.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, monitor, and manage budgets and forecasts.
• Analyze budget variances and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare periodic financial, management, and performance reports.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs for business performance.
• Analyze profitability by client, project, or business unit.
• Support monthly closing and reconciliations.
• Monitor costs and financial performance.
• Improve financial processes and reporting controls.
• Develop analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and Leadership on planning.
• Prepare financial information for audits.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of reporting.
• Contribute to automation of reporting processes.
