Job summary

CROWDCONSULTANTS in Argentina seeks an experienced accounting professional to manage end-to-end financial reporting, preparatory accounting, and document verification in a multicultural setting.

You will handle general accounting including invoicing, liaise with an external tax advisor, support document flow and archiving, and help create and improve financial processes. You’ll also advise client finance teams and may take on pet projects such as events or HR admin.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting experience in a corporate environment.
• Knowledge of German and English in a professional context.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to new priorities.
• Experience with Stripe is a plus.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end handling of financial reporting, preparatory accounting, and document verification.
• Be responsible for all general accounting including invoicing.
• Administer the cooperation with an external accounting/tax advisor.
• Support internal administrative tasks such as document flow, archive handling.
• Create and improve financial processes.
• Provide support for and advise our clients' financial teams.
• Additional "pet projects" depending on your career ambitions and preferences, e.g. events organization or (support in) HR administration.
