Huzzle is seeking an experienced Email Marketing Strategist for a fully remote role supporting DTC brands across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. You will own lifecycle marketing, retention strategies, and conversion-focused copywriting to boost engagement and revenue.

Work closely with clients and creative teams to develop campaign calendars, optimize flows, analyze performance data, and continuously improve retention strategies in a fast-paced remote environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, retention marketing, or CRM marketing.
• Proven experience managing email and SMS marketing for eCommerce or DTC brands.
• Strong copywriting skills with persuasive, conversion-focused marketing content.
• Deep understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and retention strategy.
• Experience building promotional calendars and campaign strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and make strategic recommendations.
• Comfortable presenting campaign performance and strategy directly to clients.
• Experience collaborating with designers, developers, and cross-functional marketing teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own the retention and lifecycle marketing strategy for a portfolio of eCommerce client accounts.
• Develop and manage monthly email and SMS campaign calendars aligned with promotions, seasonal and evergreen initiatives.
• Create strategic messaging plans across both email and SMS channels.
• Write high-converting email and SMS campaigns tailored to each client’s brand voice and objectives.
• Craft compelling subject lines, preview text, hooks, offers, CTAs, and messaging angles to improve conversions.
• Balance brand storytelling with direct-response marketing principles.
• Review campaign and automation performance on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Translate marketing data into actionable recommendations to improve retention and revenue.
• Prepare client reporting, performance summaries, and strategic recommendations.
• Participate in client strategy meetings, presenting insights and next steps.
