Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own client campaigns end-to-end. You will directly manage client relationships, audits, and strategy, across Brand, PMax, Shopping, and YouTube, with a focus on NC-CPA and NC-ROAS benchmarks.

You can work from anywhere and must handle US Eastern client calls; the rest of the day is yours. AI tooling like Claude Code is encouraged to build scalable assets and landing pages.

Qualifications

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit before you touch anything: structure, terms, bidding, and tracking.
• Separate brand and non-brand to measure true growth.
• Know what PMax is doing and how to set targets.
• Keep Google's automation on a leash and audit auto features.
• Own the feed, including Merchant Center hygiene and promotions.
• Own the tracking and converge GA4, GTM, and conversions.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and build the needed assets to remove constraints.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Google Ads ecosystems for a portfolio of DTC accounts.
• Lead client communication, updates, and strategic defense of decisions.
• Present results, plans, and reasoning directly to clients.
• Audit existing accounts and explain findings via Loom walkthroughs.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate businesses with clear metrics.
• Ensure Shopify and landing pages align with ads and tracking.
