Job summary

Cordoba Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end paid media for a DTC portfolio. You are the client’s direct contact, you present results and plans, and you defend decisions when things aren’t working.

You will audit campaigns, manage feeds and tracking, optimize PMax and non-brand efforts, and build landing pages and scripts as needed. We hire globally and value output over clocked hours, with availability for US Eastern calls.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC and eCommerce.
• Ability to own and defend strategy and results with clients.
• Strong understanding of attribution models and incremental growth.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end, from setup to reporting.
• Audit campaigns, structures, and tracking before making changes.
• Manage feed health, landing pages, and conversion tracking.
• Build or improve landing pages, scripts, and dashboards as needed.
