Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own client campaigns end-to-end from DTC accounts. You will manage budgets from $5k+ monthly, defend strategic calls, and directly interact with clients to prove what moved the numbers.

Remote worldwide work is offered with a focus on NC-CPA/NC-ROAS optimization. You will own the full funnel, from feed and Merchant Center to landing pages and tracking, and you’ll build tools and templates to scale campaigns.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with real budgets (DTC/eCommerce).
• Ability to own a client relationship and present results and plans.
• Expertise with PMax, Shopping and brand vs non-brand optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end as strategist and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything and present findings to clients.
• Separate brand and non-brand campaigns and track incremental performance.
• Own feed hygiene, product data, and Shopping/PMax delivery.
• Own conversion tracking via GA4/GTM and Shopify goals.
• Build landing pages or components when needed to remove bottlenecks.
