Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist who can own a complete client funnel—from data collection to actionable optimization. You will directly interface with clients, defend optimization choices, and drive incremental growth with PMax, Shopping, and YouTube campaigns.

The role requires strong proficiency in GA4/GTM, feed management, and landing page optimization, with a bias toward NC-CPA/NC-ROAS and incremental growth.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads management with meaningful spend in DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to own and communicate campaign strategy end-to-end.
• Experience with PMax, Shopping, and brand vs non-brand campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts, from strategy to client updates.
• Audit accounts before changes; present findings to clients.
• Manage feed, tracking, and creative assets to improve ROAS and CPA.
• Own attribution discussions and defend policy decisions with data.
• Deliver end-to-end ownership of client results and relationships.
