Cordoba Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist for a fully remote role. You will own key Google accounts end-to-end, communicate directly with clients, and drive growth with a data-driven, attribution-focused approach.

Expect to manage large spend across Search, Shopping, PMax, and YouTube, with emphasis on NC-CPA and NC-ROAS. Remote work world-wide with US Eastern calls required.

Qualifications

• Hands on Google Ads experience with meaningful spend in DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to explain CPA/ROAS with real client results.
• Fluent English communication and client-facing presence.
• Experience owning full funnel optimization beyond campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts prior to touching anything; review structure, terms, tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses with clear reporting.
• Monitor PMax performance and separate branded vs. non-branded impact.
• Own the feed and tracking across Google Merchant Center and GA4/GTMs.
• Create landing pages and scripts as needed to remove bottlenecks.
