Catch Creation is a remote-first eCommerce company that builds and grows brands, with paid social as the engine. You’ll cut direct-response ads for our DTC brands—vertical video for Meta and TikTok—and shape how ideas become ads.

As part of the team, you’ll work from briefs, push back with your angles, and test live campaigns with real spend. You’ll develop hooks, craft subtitles and motion graphics, and turn around revisions within 24 hours.

Formación

• You've edited paid social ads — Meta or TikTok — for DTC or eCommerce brands.
• Fluent in Premiere Pro or After Effects (or both).
• You can name what makes a hook work and why an ad loses viewers at second three.
• Written English strong enough for async work across time zones.
• Full-time availability with no competing clients.
• A portfolio containing work you personally cut.

Responsabilidades

• Cut 8–12 ads per week, from Creative Director briefs.
• Assemble UGC and influencer footage into attention-holding ads.
• Build subtitles, text overlays, motion graphics, and sound design.
• Turn around revision rounds within 24 hours.
• Bring your own angles and variations — especially on winning ads.
• Adapt winners into new formats, lengths, and platform cuts.
