Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in media/film/communications or related field.
• 2–4 years of video editing experience in fast-paced environments (agency/DT C/e-commerce).
• Strong skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro.
• Experience with AI-driven tools like Runway ML to enhance production.

Responsabilidades

• Edit and produce high-quality video assets across social media and paid ads.
• Craft narratives with hooks, pacing, and platform-optimized storytelling.
• Transform UGC, influencer content, and brand footage into polished deliverables.
• Integrate motion graphics, captions, music, and sound design to elevate content.
• Convert long-form content into TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts formats.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to align with brand goals.
• Manage multiple projects with fast turnaround times while following brand standards.
• Analyze creative performance and use data to improve future ads.
