• Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business.
• Remote work experience with US/UK-based companies and collaboration tools.
• Strong understanding of major platforms and performance metrics.
• Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end campaigns.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy aligned with growth goals.
• Ideate, create, schedule, and optimize social content.
• Own the social content calendar across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize content accordingly.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, and Content teams on campaigns.
• Establish tone of voice and content governance; stay updated on platform changes.
