Job summary

Pullmen is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator for a US marketing agency. Fully remote LATAM-friendly, you will plan and oversee creative campaigns and assets, coordinate schedules, track deadlines, and serve as the main point of contact for cross-functional teams.

You bring 2+ years in creative/marketing project management, proficiency with Asana or similar PM tools, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in creative/marketing project management, preferably in an agency environment.
• Proficiency with PM tools (Asana, Monday.com, Wrike or Trello).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines across campaigns in PM tools.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams including designers and copywriters.
• Manage Workload & Resources by assessing capacity and reallocating tasks.
• Track & Report Progress with status updates and risk alerts.
• Optimize Processes by spotting inefficiencies and implementing improvements.
• Facilitate Communication as the main touchpoint for internal teams.
