Workana Llc is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator for a US marketing agency. Fully remote, LATAM-based contractor role. You will plan and oversee creative campaigns, manage timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and optimize processes to deliver on client goals.

You’ll own end-to-end projects from kickoff to delivery, write briefs, set deadlines, track progress, and report outcomes. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of marketing project management experience and strong PM tool proficiency.

Formación

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience, ideally in an agency environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Experience planning and overseeing timelines across multiple campaigns.
• Ability to optimize processes and improve workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines across campaigns using PM tools.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams with designers, copywriters, and strategists.
• Manage Workload & Resources by assessing capacity and reallocating tasks.
• Track & Report Progress with clear status updates to stakeholders.
• Optimize Processes by identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements.
• Facilitate Communication as main touchpoint for internal teams and clients.
