hireworks is partnering with a fast-growing, native AI startup to scale a security‑first cloud platform. You will architect and secure a multi-cloud infrastructure, automate deployments, and collaborate with founders to embed reliability at scale.

You’ll drive isolation for enterprise tenants, implement observability, and optimize cost. A hands-on systems thinker with strong IaC and security expertise will thrive in this high‑ownership environment.

Formación

• Cloud infrastructure management across AWS/GCP/Azure.
• CI/CD with container orchestration and IaC tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Architect, deploy, monitor, and scale multi-cloud infrastructure.
• Improve security posture with encryption and access control.
• Build and manage Docker/Kubernetes environments and CI/CD pipelines.
• Use Terraform/Ansible for reproducible infra and documentation.
• Design isolated multi-tenant architectures for enterprise clients.
• Create performance dashboards and alerting for uptime.
• Plan migrations to secure, efficient cloud architectures.
• Support audits and security reviews.
