OpenTalent seeks a DevOps & Security Engineer to architect and guard our infrastructure, shaping a scalable, secure, and cost-efficient platform. You will bridge rapid product development with institutional-grade stability, partnering with the founding team and engineering.

Responsibilities include deploying and scaling across AWS/GCP/Azure, driving security initiatives, and building robust CI/CD pipelines with Docker/Kubernetes and IaC tools like Terraform and Ansible.

Formación

• Experience managing cloud infrastructure across major providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong automation and IaC mindset using Terraform/Ansible.
• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes; emphasis on security best practices.
