Doist is seeking a Mid-Level Demolition Estimator for a full-time remote position in Latin America. The role focuses on quantity takeoffs, bid preparation, vendor coordination, and pre-construction support for U.S. demolition projects.

Requirements include 3+ years of U.S. demolition estimating experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to read plans and bid documents. Regular 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time availability is expected.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on U.S. demolition estimating experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, specs and bid documents.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Excel and cost-tracking tools.

Responsabilidades

• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for demolition projects.
• Prepare accurate estimates, bids, and cost breakdowns.
• Review plans, specifications, scopes, and project documents.
• Process RFIs, submittals, revisions, and bid updates.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for pricing.
• Track bids, costs, and estimating information using Excel and QuickBooks.
• Maintain estimating documentation and provide pre-construction support.
