Job summary

Arkansas Connections Academy seeks a Dean of Students to lead MTSS and data-driven interventions in a 10-month, remote-capable role. Work from Bentonville or home, coordinating with districts and families to support students across K–12.

The position requires Arkansas teaching certification, a master’s degree in education, and at least 5 years of K–12 teaching experience, with virtual learning experience preferred. Occasional statewide travel may occur.

Qualifications

• ARCA location requirements must be met.
• Arkansas Teacher Certification is required.
• Master’s in Education or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of full-time K–12 teaching experience.
• Experience in virtual or blended learning preferred.
• Strong data analysis and intervention skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and fidelity of MTSS across the school.
• Manage Tier 2 and Tier 3 placements using data.
• Monitor intervention effectiveness and adjust supports.
• Prepare intervention reports for state compliance.
• Coordinate with leadership, teachers, families, and districts.
• Provide professional development on data use and engagement.
