Job summary

Prolific is seeking a Data Migration Lead to coordinate a global data migration program for one of the world’s largest automotive manufacturers. You will plan end-to-end migration activities, define the migration approach and controls, and manage risks to ensure a smooth transition to the target system while coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.

Daily work is conducted in English in UTC hours, with interviews in English.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with ERP migrations (preferably S/4HANA).
• Intermediate to advanced English; interviews conducted in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities
• Ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for use in the target system
• Coordinate cross-functional migration teams across workstreams
• Define the data migration approach, methodology and quality controls
• Identify, assess and manage migration risks and issues
• Ensure a smooth and reliable transition with minimal disruption
• Report migration status and progress to senior stakeholders
