Job summary

Overseas is seeking a Data Migration Lead to guide a global data migration initiative. You will plan and execute end-to-end activities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and establish controls and risk management to ensure a successful transition to the target system.

English is used for interviews and daily work, and the role runs in a 9:00 AM–5:00 PM UTC window. The position is 100% remote and full-time, offering exposure to one of the world's largest automotive manufacturers through a global

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English – interviews and daily work conducted in English.
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM).

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities.
• Ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for use in the target system.
• Coordinate cross-functional migration teams across workstreams.
• Define the data migration approach, methodology and quality controls.
• Identify, assess and manage migration risks and issues.
• Ensure a smooth and reliable transition with minimal disruption.
• Report migration status and progress to senior stakeholders.
