Smartrecruiters, Inc. is seeking a Data Migration Lead to orchestrate the planning and execution of a major data migration program for a global automotive client.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define the migration approach, and manage risks to ensure a smooth transition to the target system. This role requires experience in data extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, and loading, plus strong English communication and availability for UTC 9:00–17:00.

Competenze

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with S/4HANA or ERP migrations (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English; interviews conducted in English.
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00–17:00).
