Smartrecruiters, Inc. is seeking a Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end planning and execution of a global data migration program within a major automotive manufacturer project.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define the migration approach and controls, and manage risks to ensure a smooth transition to the target system. The role requires strong experience in data migration methodologies, coordination across workstreams, and English fluency for interviews and daily work in UTC

Formación

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with S/4HANA or similar ERP migrations is preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English; interviews and daily work conducted in English and UTC timezone availability.
