Job summary

Overseas is seeking a Data Migration Lead to manage a critical data migration program for a global automotive manufacturing client. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define the migration approach, and ensure data readiness in the target system.

You will work in UTC hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) with interviews in English, and you will receive connectivity and gym benefits as part of the collaboration with a leading global consulting firm.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with S/4HANA or ERP migration programs (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English; interviews conducted in English.
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM).

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities.
• Ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for use in the target system.
• Coordinate cross-functional migration teams across workstreams.
• Define the data migration approach, methodology and quality controls.
• Identify, assess and manage migration risks and issues.
• Ensure a smooth and reliable transition with minimal disruption.
• Report migration status and progress to senior stakeholders.
