You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define the migration approach, and manage risks to ensure a smooth transition to the target system. Requirements include proven data migration leadership, strong knowledge of migration methodologies, and experience with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proven data migration leadership in large-scale programs.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end data migration processes.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across workstreams.
• familiarity with S/4HANA or similar ERP migrations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities.
• Ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for the target system.
• Coordinate cross-functional migration teams across workstreams.
• Define migration approach, controls and quality standards.
