Job summary

Pedidosya is seeking a Data Migration Lead to join a global initiative supporting a major automotive manufacturer's migration program. You will plan end-to-end data migration activities, coordinate cross-stream teams, and define controls to ensure accurate data transfer to the target system.

The role requires strong data migration expertise, experience with ERP migrations (preferably S/4HANA), and fluent English for interviews and daily work within a UTC timezone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

Qualifications

• Experience leading data migration in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities.
• Ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for use in the target system.
• Coordinate cross-functional migration teams across workstreams.
• Define the data migration approach, methodology and quality controls.
• Identify, assess and manage migration risks and issues.
• Ensure a smooth and reliable transition with minimal disruption.
• Report migration status and progress to senior stakeholders.
