Job summary

Smartrecruiters, Inc. is seeking a Data Migration Lead to oversee planning and execution of a large-scale data migration for a global automotive manufacturer.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define approach and controls, and manage risks to ensure a reliable transition to the target system. This 100% remote full-time role requires strong English and experience with ERP migrations (S/4HANA or similar).

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale programs
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies
• Experience with ERP migrations (S/4HANA or similar) (preferred)
• Intermediate to advanced English; interviews conducted in English
