Job summary

Naranja X is looking for a Data Migration Lead to drive a critical migration program for a world-leading automotive client, operating within a global consulting framework. You will plan, coordinate and govern data migration activities across multiple teams in UTC business hours, ensuring a reliable transition to the target system.

You should have hands-on experience with data migration methodologies and ERP migrations, plus strong English communication to interact with stakeholders worldwide.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English and availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
