Job summary

The Ward Law Group is seeking a Data Migration Lead to guide the planning and execution of a major data migration program for a world-class automotive client. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define the migration approach, and implement controls to ensure a smooth transition to the target system from UTC working hours.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with data migration methodologies and ERP migrations (S/4HANA preferred).

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English; interviews and daily work conducted in English.

Responsibilities
