Randstad Argentina is seeking a Data Migration Lead to join a global consulting team supporting a major automotive manufacturer. You will lead end-to-end data migration planning and execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, define approach and controls, and manage risks to ensure a smooth transition to the target system.

This 100% remote, full-time role requires strong English, experience with data migration methodologies, and familiarity with ERP migrations (S/4HANA preferred).

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies
• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred)
• Intermediate to advanced English — interviews and daily work conducted in English
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
