Smartrecruiters, Inc. is seeking a Data Migration Lead to plan and execute a large-scale data migration for a global automotive manufacturer. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define approaches, and manage risks to ensure a smooth transition to the target ERP system.

The role is 100% remote, full-time, with interviews conducted in English and a 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM UTC workday. You will oversee data extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading, and report progress to

Formación

• Experience as Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Knowledge of data migration steps: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with ERP migrations (S/4HANA) preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English; interviews conducted in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities.
• Ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for use in the target system.
• Coordinate cross-functional migration teams across workstreams.
• Define the data migration approach, methodology and quality controls.
• Identify, assess and manage migration risks and issues.
• Report migration status to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure a smooth and reliable transition with minimal disruption.
