Jetbridge Ai is seeking a Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end planning and execution of a critical migration program for a major automotive client. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define migration approach and controls, and manage risks to ensure a smooth transition to the target ERP system.

The role requires strong data migration expertise, experience with large enterprise programs, and fluency in English for interviews and daily work. 100% remote work in UTC hours is available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred).
• English communication at an intermediate/advanced level.
