Accenture Plc is seeking a Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end planning and execution of a data migration program for a major automotive manufacturer. This remote, full-time role requires coordinating cross-functional teams and defining migration approaches to ensure a smooth transition to the target system.

The successful candidate will manage risks, report progress to senior stakeholders, and work in English, with availability in UTC 9:00–17:00.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data migration programs at scale.
• Knowledge of migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, loading.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across workstreams.
• Define migration controls and risk strategies.
• Experience with ERP migrations preferred (e.g., S/4HANA).

• Ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for use in the target system.
