Job summary

S27A is seeking a Data Migration Lead to join a global consulting team supporting a major automotive manufacturer. You will plan and execute end-to-end data migration programs, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, and define controls to ensure a smooth transition to the target ERP.

The role requires strong data migration methodology knowledge, experience with cross-functional teams, and proficiency in English. Work is 100% remote with UTC working hours and flexible connectivity options.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities.
• Ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for use in the target system.
• Coordinate cross-functional migration teams across workstreams.
• Define the data migration approach, methodology and quality controls.
• Identify, assess and manage migration risks and issues.
• Ensure a smooth and reliable transition with minimal disruption.
• Report migration status and progress to senior stakeholders.
