Job summary

Smartrecruiters, Inc. is hiring a Data Migration Lead to guide end-to-end migration programs for a global automotive client from a leading consulting team. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define migration approaches, and manage risks to ensure a smooth transition to the target ERP system.

The role is 100% remote, full-time, with English-language collaboration and UTC working hours. Strong experience in data extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data migration in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Knowledge of data migration stages: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, loading.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with S/4HANA or similar ERP migrations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities.
• Ensure data accuracy and readiness for the target system.
• Coordinate cross-functional migration teams across workstreams.
• Define the migration approach, methodology and quality controls.
• Identify, assess and manage migration risks and issues.
• Report migration progress to senior stakeholders.
